The blue-green glaze has this subtle speckled look that makes each mug feel one of a kind, and the clay body gives it a nice weight without being clunky. The handle fits my fingers perfectly, which sounds small but matters when I'm sipping tea every morning.
The clay keeps my coffee warm way longer than my old ceramic mug, which I didn't expect from something this size. It's handcrafted so there are small variations in the glaze, and I like that no two sips feel like they came from the same factory mold.
The blue-green glaze looks even better in person, kind of speckled and uneven in a way that makes it feel handmade. I reach for it every morning now, and the handle is wide enough that my fingers don't cramp up like they do with thinner mugs.
