The chipped edges and faded pattern give it that genuinely vintage feel, not the fake kind you usually see. Fresh white tulips pop beautifully against the distressed black florals, and it’s sturdy enough to hold them without wobbling.
Bought this for a dried eucalyptus arrangement and the black and white floral pattern gives it just the right amount of character without overwhelming the stems. The distressing is subtle enough that it looks intentional, not damaged.
The black and white floral pattern is so crisp against the distressed white base, it really does look like it’s been passed down for years. I’ve got fresh eucalyptus in it right now and it anchors the whole shelf without stealing the show.
