Portagioielli in ottone massiccio a forma di pera

I've had this little pear on my nightstand for two weeks now and it's still making me smile every time I catch it out of the corner of my eye. The solid brass has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the lid fits snugly enough that my rings stay put.

The softly gleaming surface picks up the light beautifully, and the solid brass feels like it will last forever. I keep it on my windowsill where the finish adds a warm, almost golden glow to the room.
