Håndlaget av lokale kunstnere ved Black Oak Art, er Magnolia-koppen vår en keramisk kopi av det originale Magnolia-skiltet som henger over Joannas første butikk, kjærlig kalt «Little Shop on Bosque». Vi elsker det brede håndtaket og det faktum at ingen to er helt like.
The hand-painted glaze has this subtle speckled texture that catches the light when I'm drinking my morning coffee. It's a bit heavier than my old mugs, but that weight actually makes it feel sturdy and special.
The little ceramic magnolia sign on the front is such a sweet detail, and you can tell it was shaped by hand because no two spots look machine-perfect. Mine holds a full 12 ounces without dripping, and the glaze feels smooth against my lips.
The hand-painted magnolia on the front has this slightly raised texture that I keep running my thumb over while I drink my morning coffee. It's a little heavier than my old mug, which I actually like since it doesn't slide around.
