The twin plates sit perfectly balanced, and the solid brass has a satisfying heft that makes it feel like a real antique rather than a prop. It’s become the first thing my eyes go to on the shelf, and guests always pause to ask about it.
The brass finish catches the light beautifully on my shelf, and the balance mechanism is surprisingly smooth for a decorative piece. It’s got that old-world charm without feeling fragile, and the size fits perfectly between my books.
The twin plates have a nice weight to them and the brass catches the light beautifully on my shelf. It’s become the first thing guests comment on when they walk into the room.
