Batedeira Planetária KitchenAid Artisan Series - Exclusiva Hearth & Hand

I’ve had mine for two weeks and the wire whisk attachment alone has cut my whipping time in half—meringue peaks in under three minutes. The flat beater shreds a whole rotisserie chicken in about ten seconds flat, which honestly feels like cheating.

The dough hook chewed through a double batch of brioche without a single groan, and the whisk attachment whipped cream to stiff peaks in under three minutes. I've used it three times since it arrived Tuesday, and cleanup is just a quick wipe of the bowl.

I was skeptical about spending this much, but the dough hook alone has saved my arms from a whole lot of kneading—biscuits come together in minutes now. The wire whisk whips cream to stiff peaks faster than I ever could by hand.
