The walnut handle is beautifully finished and feels substantial in hand, slicing through a smoked brisket with surprising ease. It’s become my go-to for carving on weekends, and the stainless blade held its edge through a whole cookout without a single complaint.

Eli U. ★★★★★

The walnut handle has a nice heft to it that balances the blade perfectly. I've used it for a few briskets now and the stainless steel edge is still razor sharp, plus the leather finish on the handle feels smooth and premium.

Thomas ★★★★★

Broke this out at a family barbecue last weekend and the stainless steel blade slid through the brisket like butter, no sawing needed. The walnut and steel combo feels balanced in hand, and the leather finish gives it a classy touch that stands out on the table.
