The cream glaze is thicker than I expected, so it feels sturdy without being heavy, and it keeps my coffee hot way longer than my old thin mug. The little banner on the front is understated enough that it doesn't scream souvenir.
The Magnolia Silos illustration on the bottom is such a fun surprise every time I finish my coffee and flip the mug over. It holds a full 12 ounces without feeling top-heavy, and the glaze has stayed chip-free through weeks of daily use.
The cream stoneware feels sturdy without being heavy, and the Waco banner on the front looks even nicer in person than in the photos. I've been using it every morning for coffee and it keeps my drink warm way longer than my old ceramic mug did.
