Cancello Antico in Ottone

The hand-forged detail on this candleholder gives it real weight and character, not the flimsy look you often get. I set the medium size on my mantle and the antique brass finish catches the light beautifully.

I usually just grab whatever candle holder is cheapest, but these three sizes are so different from each other that I’ve already arranged them as a little trio on the mantel. The antique finish looks genuinely old, not like painted plastic, and the taper fits snug without wobbling.

The hand-forged texturing on this one catches the light so nicely that it dresses up the whole mantle, not just the candle. I grabbed the middle size and the taper fits snug without wobbling, which is exactly what I wanted.
