Magnolia Green - Vernice Effetto Gesso

The coverage is so dense that one coat handled most of my dresser, and the matte finish dried to that perfect, soft antique look I was after. It sands down beautifully too, which made distressing the edges feel almost too easy.

I’ve used a lot of chalk paints over the years, and this one’s texture is just perfect right out of the can. The way it settles into the wood grain gives everything that worn-in, gentle history I was after. My dresser went from flat to a soft, vintage centerpiece in one afternoon.

The chalky finish dried to that soft, aged look I was chasing, and it covered my dresser in just two coats. I’ve got no patience for sanding, so the fact that it stuck to the laminate without prep was a real win.
