Water-based meant cleanup was just soap and water, and it leveled out smooth with barely any brush marks. Two coats on the trim and it still looks fresh months later.
Went on thick enough that one coat covered the patchy drywall in our hallway, no primer needed. The farmhouse red has a nice chalky depth to it that doesn't look plasticky once it dries. Water cleanup was a breeze too.
The farmhouse red went on like a dream and covered the old beige in just two coats, which surprised me. The 100% acrylic formula feels tough already, and the finish has that classic matte look I was after for the living room.
