Houten Barley Twist Kandelaar

The barley twist carving is so much more detailed in person—it catches the light beautifully on my shelf. I grabbed the larger size for the dining table and it’s got a nice, solid weight that feels sturdy without being clunky.

The smaller size fits perfectly on my dining table without crowding the centerpiece, and the twist pattern catches the candlelight in a way that makes the wood look almost golden. It feels solid and well-balanced, not tippy at all.

The barley twist detailing is beautifully carved, and the wood has a warm, rich tone that stands out on my mantel. I picked the smaller size for a dining table centerpiece and it pairs perfectly with the taller one I already had.
